Welcome Week Program

Welcome to your first semester at Hochschule Geisenheim University! We warmly invite all of our new students to join our Welcome Week with lots of presentations, info sessions and tours.

The live stream of the official welcome event starting at 10 am will be available here: Hochschule Geisenheim (hs-gm.de)

The Admissions Office (Müller-Thurgau-Haus, ground floor) will be open from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm on October 16, and from 09:00 am to 4:00 pm on October 17. If you have any questions about admissions, student cards, etc., please stop by. We are looking forward to you.

4:00 pm - 6:30 pm Cellar tour introducing wine-growers and wineries of Geisenheim REGISTRATION REQUIRED!(see below) Start: Rondell Campus Building Yvette Wohlfahrt, member of the Department of General and Organic Viticulture & wine-grower
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Short evening walk through the vineyards followed by a glass of wine at Rothenberg. Please bring a flashlight or headlamp if you have one. Start: Rondell Campus Building Wolfgang Blum, passionate sports enthusiast and Rheingau ambassador
