Felipe Andrés Salinas-Bonich successfully defended his doctoral thesis entitled “Evaluation of natural polyphenolic compounds from plant extracts and hydrolats, as an alternative to SO2 in winemaking“ on December 09, 2025 at Hochschule Geisenheim University.
His Doctorate was carried out within the framework of the Doctoral Platform Geisenheim - Giessen – Marburg in cooperation with the Faculty 09 – Justus Liebig University Giessen and jointly supervised by Prof. Dr. Monika Christmann, Department of Enology, Hochschule Geisenheim University, and Prof. Dr. Sylvia Schnell, Faculty 09 - Agricultural Sciences, Nutritional Sciences, and Environmental Management at Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany.
His thesis has been evaluated by Prof. Dr. Monika Christmann in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Sylvia Schnell and Prof. Dr. Valeriu V. Cotea, Institute Horticultural technologies at Iasi University of Life Sciences (IULS), Romania.
