Arriving by plane:

From Frankfurt International Airport (FRA), take the metro (S-Bahn) to Wiesbaden, then change trains and take the regional train (Regionalzug) to Geisenheim.

Arriving by train:

From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main station), take the regional train (Regionalzug) to Geisenheim.

From Mainz Hauptbahnhof (main station), take the metro (S-Bahn) to Wiesbaden, then change trains and take the regional train (Regionalzug) to Geisenheim.

From Koblenz Hauptbahnhof (main station), take the regional train (Regionalzug) to Geisenheim.

Arriving by car:

From Wiesbaden, take the B 42 (towards Rüdesheim) and exit at Geisenheim West / Hochschule Geisenheim. Follow the signs to the university.

From Rüdesheim, take the B 42 (towards Geisenheim/Wiesbaden) and follow the signs to the university.
 

During the conference, there will be a shuttle service from our selected conference hotels (see Accommodation) to the university.

The GiESCO 2025 conference will take place in the new lecture hall HS 50. The poster session is located in the same building in room HS 52-HS53 and also in the Aula. 

There is a shuttle from Rüdesheim to Geisenheim in the morning and back in the evening!

Morning departures are at 7.30 am & 7.45 am in Rüdesheim at the Bus parking lot and 

From Geisenheim to Rüdesheim, Monday evening departures are at 7.30 pm & 7.45 pm and on Wednesday and Thursday evening the departures are at 5.30 pm & 5.45 pm 

On Tuesday, we are leaving at lunchtime for an Industry tour, returning to Rüdesheim around 10-11 p.m..
