Career Fair

Hochschule Geisenheim University's MEET Career Fair is a cross-sector platform for students, alumni, and employers. It provides the opportunity for young talent and future professionals to meet representatives from local and international businesses.

Whether you're interested in an internship, writing a practice-oriented final thesis, or employment after graduation, the MEET Career Fair gives students an opportunity to talk directly with hiring managers and businesses. Organizations likewise have the chance to present themselves as attractive employers and to connect with potential future employees.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Personal discussions from 12 to 4 p.m. – On the day of the fair, visitors and businesses can meet and discuss job possibilities, internship placements, and thesis topics
Free professional headshots
Free CV checks (an ongoing offer from the Career Services team)
Schedule interviews in advance via the career portal
Meet & Greet – including free coffee from the barista station
After-Fair-Networking at the Alte Weinfass with drinks and snacks

EVENT PROGRAM:

12:00–4:00 p.m. – Open fair time
1:45 & 2:45 p.m. – 'Rock your profile' Workshop: Optimizing Your LinkedIn Profile. Lecture Hall 30. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
4:00 p.m. – Closing
