The President's Office

The team supports the president in all day-to-day work, and helps prepare strategic decisions. It also organizes and coordinates official events. 

The President's Office organizes meetings of the President's Council, the Senate and the University Council, and ensures efficient cooperation among these central bodies. As a communication bridge between the university management, the institutions and departments as well as the broader community, it shapes the university's image both internally and externally. 

Temporarily, the President's Office is located in the Logistics and Sustainability Building, LOG, Room 1.17.

Prof. Mühling's assistant, Ursula Schäfer, is responsible for organizing his appointments. Susanne Baracki continues to support the committes in the Senate and University Council. As associates to the president, Tabea Dietrich and Anke Winkler support Prof. Mühling and oversee key development and organizational issues.
