Periodicals and journals

Periodicals catalog

This catalog registers the periodicals of our open access stack, the closed stack, and the department libraries on the campus.

You can research recent and old volumes.

Please notice that you cannot find articles or essays in this catalog but only the periodicals' bibliographic data and their location in the libraries.

E-journals

The Electronic Journals Library (EZB) records scientific and academic e-journals from all areas of research.

The availability of full-text access is indicated by traffic-light symbols according to the license situation of our library. You can also see which volumes are available online.

Usually you can search for articles or essays directly in the e-journals.

A manual can be found at the EZB Help-page.

IVES Technical Reviews is online!

Published by the International Viticulture and Enology Society (IVES)* of which the Hochschule Geisenheim University is a member, IVES Technical Reviews is a tool to transfer current vine and wine research to end users, i.e. consultants, enologists, agronomists, experts, teachers, students, winegrowers, equipment suppliers.

The articles published are sourced from OENO One, the vine and wine peer-reviewed open access research journal that is property of IVES too, and other scientific and technical journals. They are available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Topics investigated range from viticulture and enology to economics, sociology and health.

The editorial board of the journal, driven by Damian Martin (editor-in-chief, Plant and Food research, New Zealand) is composed of researchers and professionals from the industry and guaranties scientific quality and interest for the readers. Indeed, each article is reviewed by a researcher and an industry member before publication to achieve this ambitious goal.

IVES is open to articles or topics proposals, from researchers and professionals (contact: jdumercq(at)ives-openscience.eu).

The official launch of the journal will take place during our general assembly that will be held at the ISVV on the 5th of February 2020.
