  • Rapid detection methods for allergens and other quality and safety-relevant ingredients in food products
  • Studies on technology and sensory analysis of baked goods, cocoa and chocolate, cheese, vegetable oils, tea, herbal and fruit infusions
  • Tenacity of microorganisms in foodstuffs
