As part of the GoodBerry consortium, Dr. Erika Krüger-Steden (Hochschule Geisenheim University), Peter Melis (Proefcentrum Hoogstraten) and Arne Stensvand (Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research) attended the International Soft Fruit Conference 2020 in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.

The meeting was organized by Delphy Team Softfruit and sponsored by companies from the soft fruit industry. ISFC 2020 drew people from the entire European berry industry, with 700-800 attendees from more than 40 countries. It included an exhibition and trade show where soft fruit-related companies and organizations had the opportunity to present their latest developments and services. Thirteen invited speakers from research institutions and advisory services presented new research findings. Three GoodBerry representatives also gave presentations on the project. Arne Stensvand's presentation covered the physical means of controlling powdery mildew, Erika Krüger-Steden talked about flower initiation in strawberry and raspberry in four European regions, and Peter Melis spoke about the manipulation of everbearers to steer harvest peaks and yields. The GoodBerry team also had a stand at the exhibition to inform visitors about the project.
