We take care to find together with you solutions or answers to your problems, concerns or questions. With us you're in good hands when it comes to questions about the financing of your studies or advice and "first aid" regarding a BAföG application (only for Germans).
You can also contact us at any time if you are worried and don’t know who to turn to or just need an open ear. We will work with you to find a solution to your problem. And if we don’t know what to do, we're sure we know someone we can get you to.
