Anna Lamberty, Dept. of Fresh Product Logistics - Development of a generic concept for cross chain temperature monitoring using IoT-based sensor technology to optimize the product quality of fresh plant-based produce
The subsequent discussion provides an opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas across the multiple HGU disciplines.
