But how can we, as students and employees, make decisions that actively contribute to this future? What does this future look like? How can we strengthen our existing commitment and support each other?

The Green Office cordially invites you: To the first Future Days at Hochschule Geisenheim University.

In different formats (film discussion, innovation workshop and internal networking and exchange) we will explore various aspects of sustainability as an opportunity to shape our university together and make it ready for the future. Anyone who studies or works at Hochschule Geisenheim University can participate. It is the exchange beyond our usual activities that help us gain new perspectives and enrich our common working and studying environment. We need you, your perspectives and ideas for our future-oriented university!

• Monday, April 17, 2023: What solutions for a sustainable future already exist and how can we further develop them at Hochschule Geisenheim University?

6:30 pm, Monrepos Lecture Hall 10; Film screening "Tomorrow - the world is full of solutions" followed by a discussion on solutions at Hochschule Geisenheim University (jointly organized and moderated by the "Monrepos Streamt" team and the Green Office).

• Tuesday, April 18, 2023: How can our ideas and innovations become sustainable?

5:00 pm, Waas'sche Fabrik; Innovation workshop "Idea meets responsibility" (Gründungsfabrik Rheingau, Dr. Christoph Munck-Rieder and Green Office, Vanessa Mark).

• Wednesday, April 19, 2023:What successes do we have to show on the way to a sustainable future?

11:00 am, Campus Building; Award Ceremony of Hochschule Geisenheim University as a Fairtrade- University.

The Future Days are the official kick-off of the regular exchange formats of the Green Office, which are launched in 2023.

• Do you have questions, ideas or suggestions or need support for your sustainability activities? Come to our weekly office hours either on Thursdays from 3:00-5:30pm or on Fridays from 9:00-11:30am at the Infopoint in the administration building starting on 27.04.2023.
• What should the Hochschule Geisenheim University of the future look like? We need you, your experience and expertise! At a round table, we come up with solutions that work for all of us - Wednesday in the Mensa from 12:00-1:30pm to jointly shape sustainability at Hochschule Geisenheim University. The first date will take place on 26.04.2023.
• Are you curious about what sustainability can mean and how we bring it to life at Hochschule Geisenheim University? Within the framework of regular events, you will gain insights into the different aspects of a sustainable university and have the opportunity to exchange ideas and perspectives.
