SAP Systems

SAP software solutions play a key role in the digitization of business processes in finance and controlling, management of third-party funded projects, purchasing and HR.  For example, the electronic creation and recording of a purchase order takes place in the SAP MM module, while the HCM module is used in our HR department.

The SAP Applications Management department within the Center for Digitalization and IT supports the SAP key users in the individual areas, is the first point of contact for projects in the SAP environment and is responsible for the role and rights management of all SAP users at the university.
