Dear colleagues and students,
- Planning for the course timetable is currently under way for the winter semester. We are planning with 50% occupancy of full room capacity. To achieve this it will be mandatory to either be vaccinated, have a valid test, or proof that one is cured of Covid-19. Individuals who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons need to have a medical certificate. We then have to apply individual scenarios, which the crises team is ready to help with. We did have similar cases in the past.
- The big question is, of course, how to control whether students are vaccinated, tested or cured. In general It will be required to carry proof of any of these three possibilities. It will also be impossible to control everybody on every occasion, thus we need to rely on your honesty. Wearing masks will be mandatory in all courses.
- Lunch break will be extended by 30 minutes to allow having lunch for instance in the canteen, which probably will have a reduced offer of services combined with less useful space and thus reduced capacity. Course schedule in the afternoon will be delayed by 30 minutes, we hope for your understanding.
Please stay healthy
Best regards,
Hans R. Schultz
