The Federal State of Hesse has issued new mandatory instructions for dealing with the corona virus, please click here (link in German).

Please find below an overview of the most important changes:

• The 3G arrangement pursuant to section 28b Infection Protection Act (Infektionsschutzgesetz; IfSG) no longer applies in the workplace (this is not clear from the instructions but that's how it is communicated)
• Protective measures pursuant to the SARS-CoV-2 Occupational Safety Regulation (notification requirement, etc.) remain in force 
• Wearing a face mask is still mandatory inside public buildings (if the distance requirement cannot be met).
• Public events: the 2G rule no longer applies and events can be held with own protective measures in place
