We are happy to welcome guests of the university in our refectory for lunch.

Registrations are necessary for this, which you are welcome to send by e-mail to info@sebastien.de at least 10 days in advance. Short-notice requests will be considered depending on availability.

Groups of 15 or more can only eat in the refectory with a "chip selection". Therefore, we offer 2 different chips to choose from to ensure a faster and better service.

The chips must be collected in advance from the refectory cash desk, distributed to the participants and explained to them. Chips ordered and collected will be invoiced in full and sent to you by post after the event.

Payment on site is only possible in cash at the refectory cash desk.

Any extras not included in the chips will be charged to the client. You are also welcome to pay for these directly at the cash desk.

Our chips are only valid on the day of the event.

Upon arrival at the refectory, the group must be registered by the responsible person at the cash desk.

Should the group not be able to arrive for the meal at the time communicated to us, we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone on 06722 / 502 293 (kitchen).

This is the only way we can guarantee the satisfaction and quality of all our guests.

We can only offer chips during the regular opening hours of the refectory.

During the times when the refectory is not open, we are happy to provide our guests with an individual meal offer. We look forward to your call.
