My teaching commitments cover the fields of wine chemistry and specialized wine chemistry. These are accompanied by practical exercises in wine chemistry.
These classes are designed for fourth semester students of the degree programs Viticulture/Enology and Beverage Technology. The lectures are augmented by practical exercises in wine chemistry. In their first semester, Beverage Technology students attend my lectures on Botany and the Science of Raw Materials, accompanied by practical exercises in the science of raw materials. In the second semester of the Beverage Technology degree program I give the lecture entitled Drinking Water and Mineral Water. The Beverage Chemistry and Nutrition Physiology lecture is intended for third semester students on the Beverage Technology degree course. The Beverage Chemistry module includes the Beverage Chemistry practical.
I also teach the subjects General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Wine Chemistry for first and second semester students on the International Wine Business degree course.
