Frank Will studied nutrition science at the Justus-von-Liebig-University of Giessen. During the diploma thesis, a practical year in the filtration industry and the following dissertation at the former Research Institute Geisenheim he focussed on beverage technology and special beverage analytics. Since his PhD graduation at the Justus-von-Liebig-University of Giessen in 1990 he worked as a scientist at the Institute of Wine Analysis and Beverage Technology where he holds the vice head position. Beside his scientific activities he is also data protection official of the Geisenheim University.
