Green Wine Future 2022 will be the biggest environmental conference ever organized in the wine sector. The online conference from May 23 - 26, 2022 addresses subjects such as sustainability and climate change in viticulture and is broadcasted in four languages simultaneously (English, Spanish, French, Italian) from 8 different parts of the planet in their respective time zones: USA, Chile, Portugal, Spain, France, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Prof. Dr. Hans Reiner Schultz, President of Hochschule Geisenheim University, will deliver the keynote address to open the conference in the South African time zone on May 24. On the same day, Prof. Dr. Gergely Szolnoki, Professor for Market Research at HGU’s Department of Wine and Beverage Business, will moderate the session on „The Future of Wine Tourism“ which presents models of sustainable wine tourism and discusses the subject from different angles.
