6-semester Bachelor degree course leading to ‘Bachelor of Science’.

Focus: all areas of vine cultivation through winemaking to wine marketing. The practical aspect of this course builds up starting with an internship prior to the beginning of the course followed by project work which includes a practical part, within the degree course.

Future: Master degree courses, "Enology", "Wine Business" with various areas of focus either in technology or economics, or the international course “Vinifera EuroMaster”.

International Wine Business (B.Sc.)

6-semester Bachelor degree course leading to ‘Bachelor of Science’.

Focus: global wine economics as an ideal alternative to the Viticulture & Enology degree course. The practical aspect of this course builds up starting with an internship prior to the beginning of the course followed by project work which includes a practical part, within the degree course.

Future: Master degree courses, "Enology", "Wine Business" with various areas of focus either in technology or economics, or the international course “Vinifera EuroMaster”.

Beverage Technology (B.Sc.)

6-semester Bachelor degree course leading to ‘Bachelor of Science’.

Focus: production of all types of beverages, from the raw materials through processing technology to food safety and marketing. The practical aspect of this course builds up starting with an internship prior to the beginning of the course followed by project work which includes a practical part, within the degree course.

Future: Master degree course, "Beverage Technology"  in cooperation with the University of Gießen, or the 2 wine-based Master degree courses "Enology" and "Wine Business".

Landscape Architecture (B.Eng.)

7-semester Bachelor degree course leading to the very practice oriented ‘Bachelor of Engineering’.

Focus: Foundation courses are built upon through project work and an internship semester. The course comprises all areas of landscaping and landscape architecture. Various specializations are offered from the first semester on.

Future:
Master degree course, "Environmental Management and Urban Planing (UMSB)".

7-semester Bachelor degree course leading to ‘Bachelor of Science’.

Focus: 3 semesters of foundation studies, 2 semesters of project work, 1 internship semester and 1 final and thesis semester are offered in this degree course, which reflects the variety of horticultural career areas.

Future: Master degree course,"Horticultural Science".
