Research at the Center of Economics focuses on consumer behavior, sustainable production, marketing controlling as well as the analysis of supply chain management and communication processes primarily in the following product categories: wine and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as fruit, vegetables, ornamental plants and fresh produce.

Department of Business Administration and Market Research

The Department of Business Administration and Market Research conducts domestic and global studies in the wine, beverage and horticulture industry with a special research focus on consumer behavior, the investigation of success factors for companies in different product categories and the development of the respective markets.

Working Group Management & Marketing

The Management & Marketing Working Group teaches and researches with over 10 scientists in all economic fields of the wine business, horticulture and the value chains for drinks and fresh products.
